Sunny, cozy, recently restored and silent 38 sq.m. (422 sq feet) two level apartment in the heart of Florence, very close to Santa Croce Square in Via dell'Agnolo. 2nd floor without elevator. Living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with twin beds (not joinable), bathroom with shower, air cond, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and tv sat. 2nd floor without lift.

On the first level kitchen/live-in-sitting room with sofa bed, well equipped kitchenette with kitchenware, microwave oven, toaster, oven, electric kettle/coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, satellite TV, Internet WI-FI, AC.

On the second level bedroom with good sized twin beds (cannot be joined), AC and bathroom with shower. Linen included.

All the windows are double glazed to prevent noise and look over a small garden with high trees.

When staying here you will be surrounded by ancient and modern life, as historical places with their buildings, squares, churches and museums are a few minute walk in the nearby as well as the modern movida with its restaurants and pubs.

Sant'Ambrogio market will daily welcome you with its lively food and cloth stands.
